Image database
This database contains 121 form images. A form template was constructed and reproduced in quantity and 121 different people with different educational levels, age and social position were invited to voluntarily fill out these forms with data not necessarily true, but coherent.
The completed forms were scanned by a HP Deskjet F380 device, with resolution of 300dpi at definition of 8-bit grayscale as PNG file. An example of the images are in the figure below:
